5.1 Objectives

• Apply full workflow to real or internal dataset

5.2 Modules

5.2.1 1. Full Analysis Pipeline

From QC → normalization → DE → functional → longitudinal (if relevant).
Run through all steps on a provided dataset (or participants’ data).

5.2.2 2. Group Discussion & Interpretation

Interpret results, compare across participants, discuss limitations, challenges, possible variations.

5.2.3 3. Presentation & Reporting

Generate basic report/graphics (ggplot2), integrate into R Markdown / html / PDF.
Provide guidance for next steps.
